Product description:
The third generation of rare earth permanent magnet NdFeB (NdFeB) magnets are the strongest contemporary performance permanent magnets , which not only has high remanence , high coercivity , high energy product, high cost performance characteristics , and easily processed into various sizes , are now widely used in aerospace, electronic, sound , instruments , jewelry , leather handbags , packing boxes, toys, medical technology and other aviation equipment required permanent magnetic device, especially for developing high-performance , smaller, lighter and a variety of replacement products.
Surface treatment :
Sintered NdFeB is a strong chemical activity of powder metallurgy materials , the characteristics of hard and brittle and susceptible to oxidative corrosion . Based on such characteristics , the most effective way is to take the current surface protection layer . However NdFeB sintered permanent deterioration of the surface layer due to the presence and density of the grinding process resulting in the pores produced by incomplete oxidation equal, the surface treatment necessary to take appropriate pre-treatment and plating processes , as as follows:
Chamfer → degreasing pickling ultrasonic cleaning → → → aging → plating plating detection
